Summary: Loved the location , the room, it had everything we needed. To be more transparent with your guests you should state somewhere in the initial room details, that there is no room cleaning service for reservation under 7 days. This came as a surprise to us, as no one came in for daily cleaning, garbage pickup. Until we asked and found out our 5 night stay didn’t qualify. We asked or a broom, extra garbage bags, and toilet paper, and it was delivered promptly to our room. Again, very nice location, room design and room amenities.

Summary: The location was too far away from all the attractions, not their fault mine. Their communication is all about how they can make money, give the bare minimum and treat you like a back packer. The welcome gift was a joke as 99% of places supply the 2 coffee pods, water, ear plugs? Small bag of chips.They have forgotten there is a customer involved.It was sad because it could be great. I would never ever stay at their chain ever.

Summary: Everything was great, except for in the morning one of the bedrooms smelled pretty bad, like fish or something. We were leaving, so it wasn't a huge problem, but i could see it being an issue for others if that persists. Otherwise a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and updated.

Summary: Amazing property! Clean, modern and lots of room. The customer service was excellent and always answered within minutes. Having the lockers for our luggage was a life saver and we locked them ourselves with our own codes.. The area around the place is great, with many restaurants and close to subways and busses. We felt very safe especially with code only entry. A must stay if you're in Madrid.
